Prince Shark (Red) DB Tennis Racket in a midplus 100 square inch head.

The Shark DB is a 27 inches long and weighs 10.1 ounces. It is composed of Prince's GraphitExtreme material reinforced with Triple Threat Titanium, Tungsten and Carbon in the handle and 10 and 2 positions of the head. The Shark DB is a variable beam width of 25.5mm/29mm/25.5mm which provides the power of a wide beam combined with the feel and control of a narower beam.

This racket is balanced at 33.0 cm or 13 inches. Prince rates this racket a 1050 on their power scale which is for players with an all-around game, medium swing speeds and lengths. I checked the stiffness of a few of the frames on my Babolat RDC machine and they consistently measured out at 68..

The Prince Turbo Shark DB comes with the full racket case pictured, is factory strung with Prince Premier 16 gauge synthetic gut (a $30 value). Recommended string tension is 53 to 63 lbs in this 16 X 19 design.
